Pato is a senior partnerships and marketing professional with over 14 years of experience in sport and entertainment, with deep roots in Latin American markets & the US. He has spent the better part of a decade inside the NBA's Global Partnerships team, structuring complex, multi-territory commercial deals across Latam and beyond, work that demands commercial precision, cultural intelligence, and the ability to make brands resonate in markets that don't respond to copy-paste strategies.

He knows how sponsorships are built, how brand relationships are maintained, and how properties are monetized at scale.
